Its 'secret' is in completely disconnecting Both Wires that come from
the Fan Motor by simply Cutting them Off from the original Harness.
Thereafter by providing the Electrical Power to the Fan Motor, via a
Thermostatically controlled Switch, the Motor is from then on under the
direct control of whatever Temperature setting is selected by turning
the Knob of the Thermostatic

Moreover, the operation of the Fan can be easily monitored visually and
the adjustment is very easy... If the Fan starts too early (before the
engine is fully warmed up) simply turn the Knob further Clockwise.
